Product Definition

Color-coated steel sheet is a kind of steel sheet material that is continuously coated with an organic coating on the substrate after surface pretreatment, baking, and curing. It has the advantages of a beautiful appearance, a bright color, high strength, good corrosion resistance, and convenient processing and molding. It is the fourth major product in our company.

Color-coated sheet is also called color steel sheet or color-coated coil. The coated steel sheet features a lightweight, attractive appearance, better corrosion resistance, and can be directly processed, so it is widely used. The color-coated sheet uses galvanized steel sheet as the substrate. In addition to zinc protection, the organic coating on the zinc layer plays a role in covering and isolating, which can prevent the steel sheet from rusting, and its service life is longer than that of galvanized steel sheet. It is currently in short supply and widely used in domestic products, especially the mid-width strips, and in the past has relied on imports to fill the gap.

Product Introduction

At present, we have two color-coating production lines, which can produce color coating specifications ranging from 0.12-1.2 mm * 750-1,250 mm. The aluminized zinc color-coated sheet is especially suitable for buildings or other facilities in extremely harsh environments, with corrosion resistance and weather resistance.
